📋 Description

• Lead investigations across design, manufacturing, and field performance
• Design, validate, and implement engineering solutions
• Develop manufacturing processes to diagnose failures
• Drive decisions with data analysis and structured problem solving
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with Optical, Electrical, Firmware, Mechanical, and Quality teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related
• Minimum 8 years in medical devices, robotics, imaging, or similar
• Experience across product lifecycle concepts from concept to sustaining
• Hands-on with modern test equipment and DOE/experiments
• Strong root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and data-driven approach
• Proficient in Python, C, C++, or JavaScript is desirable
