Senior Workday Analyst, Payroll

📋 Description

• Act as technical anchor for our Workday Payroll and drive what's next for it.
• Own the technical health of our Workday Payroll environments, balancing KLTO with strategic
• Bridge to HRIS tools built on Workday and partner with stakeholders for smooth data flow.
• Partner with Payroll to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
• Deliver payroll changes end-to-end from requirements through deployment.
• Onboard new payroll countries, including configuration, testing, and knowledge transfer.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in HRIS/People Systems, with at least 3+ years in Workday HCM, Reporting, Time &
• Experience handling highly confidential information and supporting critical operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to set expectations with senior stakeholders and escalate issues when
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects under ambiguity and tight timelines.
• Deep understanding of payroll processing, costing, retro payroll, reconciliations, auditing, and
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
