Senior Workplace Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Set and own the country-wide workplace operating model and service standards.
• Ensure safe, reliable, welcoming India workplaces for employees.
• Govern facilities-management partners, SLAs, KPIs, and escalations.
• Partner with India leaders to align country priorities with regional REW.
• Own budgets, forecasting, procurement, and vendor spend.
• Lead office openings, expansions, renovations, and post-occupancy handovers.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in workplace, facilities, or related fields across multi-site environments.
• Independent leadership across multiple locations in India (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore).
• Experience managing integrated facilities-management providers and vendors including SLAs.
• Ownership of country-level budgets, forecasting, procurement, and vendor spend.
• Knowledge of safety, emergency prep, business continuity, and India compliance.
• Strong influencing skills with cross-functional partners without formal authority.
