Senior Zscaler Engineer (ZIA/ZPA)

📋 Description

• Hands-on role designing, deploying, and optimizing Zero Trust security across enterprise
• Own implementation of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
• Manage security policy, application access, identity integration, endpoint connectivity, and infra
• Migrate users/applications from legacy VPN to Zero Trust architecture; troubleshoot complex
• Collaborate with Security, Network, Identity, and Endpoint teams to deliver secure access models.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise network/security engineering; at least 2 years deploying Zscaler solutions.
• Deep expertise with ZIA and ZPA: architecture, policy config, connector deployment, troubleshooting.
• Experience with SSL inspection, DLP, and Zero Trust access models.
• Strong networking fundamentals: DNS, GRE/IPSec, routing, TLS, client connectivity.
• Experience with identity providers (Okta) and SAML/SCIM provisioning; device posture and
• Experience with Jamf and Microsoft Intune across Windows/macOS.
