Senior Zscaler Engineer (ZIA/ZPA)

📋 Description

• Design, deploy, configure, and optimize ZIA policies (URL filtering, SSL inspection, DLP, cloud app
• Build and manage ZPA app segments, access policies, App Connector architecture, Private Service
• Deploy/maintain App Connectors and Private Service Edges with HA and proper placement.
• Integrate Zscaler with identity platforms (Okta) using SAML/SCIM; implement device posture and
• Collaborate with IT Security, Network, Identity, and Endpoint teams on enterprise access-control
• Partner with endpoint teams using Jamf and Intune to package/deploy Zscaler Client Connector

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise network or security engineering; at least 2 years deploying/operating
• Deep expertise with ZIA and ZPA: architecture, policy config, connectors, troubleshooting.
• Experience with SSL inspection, certificate distribution, DLP, and Zero Trust access models.
• Strong understanding of DNS, GRE/IPSec, routing, proxy behavior, TLS, client connectivity.
• Experience with Okta, SAML, SCIM provisioning, device posture, conditional access.
• Experience with Jamf and Microsoft Intune across Windows/macOS.
