📋 Description

• Own sensing system performance
• Define sensing requirements for model dev and on-road use
• Drive decisions on sensor configuration and system design
• Reduce ambiguity in sensing performance for data-driven decisions
• Cross-functional role across Robotics, Hardware, Vehicle SW, and Product
• Impact on ML systems through sensing quality

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in autonomous systems, robotics, automotive, or related field
• Translate product/model needs into testable sensing requirements
• Hands-on with at least one primary sensor modality (camera, LiDAR, radar)
• Experience with multi-sensor systems (perception and localization)
• Experience evaluating sensor performance in real-world conditions
• Experience defining metrics, benchmarks, and acceptance criteria
