🎯 Requirements

• Native Japanese speaker with business-level English.
• Deep understanding of Japan publishing landscape and outreach norms.
• Strong relationship-building and proactive communication skills.
• 1-2 years in SEO/outreach, digital PR, or related roles.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog) or quick to learn.
• AI fluency for drafting, research, and analysis; comfortable with new software.
