📋 Description

• Act as the Engineering lead within a squad, guiding the team on architectural decisions, best
• Collaborate closely with frontend technical leads, ensuring smooth integration between backend and
• Lead the technical strategy for backend development, ensuring scalability, reliability, and
• Own the architecture and design of backend services, establishing best practices and guiding the

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or technical
• Strong expertise in Node.js and NestJS (Express) for building scalable backend applications
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design, security, and performance optimization
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, including database modeling
• Experience implementing unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (preferably GCP), and
