Service Center Supervisor

📋 Description

• Manage service center operations and coordinate lab liaison.
• Supervise couriers, scheduling, bottles, and sample shipments.
• Maintain EH&S policies and facility upkeep.
• Provide sales support to Account Executives.
• Build client relationships and visit clients.
• Ensure compliance with QA and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences preferred
• Minimum 3 years client relationship or customer service
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Valid US driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; English proficiency required
