📋 Description

• Lead customer implementations and onboarding lifecycle.
• Configure and customize Firstup to align with customer workflows.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder actions toward launch.
• Provide ongoing technical support and issue resolution post-implementation.
• Create implementation docs, guides, and training materials.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure a smooth transition to ongoing management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in client-facing SaaS roles (Solutions/Implementation Consultant, etc.).
• Experience with Enterprise SaaS apps and managing complex deployments.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with API, Authentication, integrations; GDPR/CCPA knowledge.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
