Service Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Own service delivery and operational performance across a portfolio of 10–15 enterprise customers
• Coordinate with technical and development teams to ensure timely data delivery in line with SLAs
• Monitor data pipelines, performance, costs, uptime, quality indicators; identify risks and drive
• Manage lifecycle of customer change requests from scoping to delivery and billing with Account
• Oversee project efficiency, margins, and profitability; identify inefficiencies and manage
• Build trusted customer relationships through proactive communication and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in service delivery, account operations, or similar client-facing role.
• Experience with enterprise customers or complex portfolios with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and operational reporting in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong commercial awareness; monitor efficiency, margins, costs, profitability.
• Ability to analyze uptime, MTTR, data quality, and data pipeline integrity.
