📋 Description

• Lead delivery governance, quality frameworks, and operational processes across regions and client
• Own the delivery operating system and establish standards embedded in ways of working.
• Provide leadership with accurate data on delivery status, budgets, risks, and capacity to support
• Design and maintain governance, dashboards, and continuous improvement mechanisms for consistent
• Identify delivery risks early and address them using data-driven governance.
• Manage shared resource pools, capacity planning, and staffing requirements with forward-looking

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in delivery management or related leadership role within professional
• Proven experience building or improving governance systems, quality frameworks, and delivery
• Experience managing shared resources, capacity planning, staffing models, or similar functions.
• Strong international delivery experience across time zones and distributed teams.
• Experience using delivery tracking tools, dashboards, and data to identify risks and inform
• Desirable: ITAM/SAM/vendor compliance knowledge; certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL/Six Sigma.
