📋 Description

• Serve as SME for value-based programs aligned with objectives.
• Lead strategic program delivery with plans, timelines, risks, stakeholders.
• Evaluate outcomes and translate findings into executive insights.
• Develop strategic plans aligning priorities with objectives.
• Advise executives on priorities, risks, and opportunities.
• Communicate progress via executive materials and presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years healthcare or managed care experience.
• 5+ years leading program delivery and managing complex projects.
• 5+ years improving processes and workflows.
• 5+ years advising executives on strategic priorities.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• PMP and/or Six Sigma certification a plus.
