📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
• Manage all aspects of property maintenance including vendor relationships, service staff
• Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure addressed
• Ensure property follows AIR operating procedures and safety regulations
• Manage budget to maximize ROI and maintain high quality service

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of technical maintenance and facilities management experience
• 3-5 years leading a team of people in customer service and asset maintenance
• A reliable mode of transportation
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
• Comfort with physical activity and moving heavy equipment
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
