Service Operations Technician 2

📋 Description

• Perform skilled maintenance, repair, and testing on complex digital/analog components and systems
• Diagnostics using specialized equipment to localize equipment faults; work with FRUs, assemblies
• Document findings, initiate material requests, and communicate repair status with leads and other
• Follow GDP, safety, SOP, and DOP procedures; maintain clean, organized workstation.
• Contribute to failure analysis, testing, and quality inspections; support root-cause investigations
• Maintain a strong attendance record and willing to work extended hours when required.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High school diploma required; AA or equivalent preferred (1–2 years related experience
• Language: English literacy and ability to communicate with internal customers.
• Math: Basic math skills; strong attention to detail.
• Tech Skills: Proficient PC skills; experience with SAP ERP; ACCS (Agile) system; MS Office.
• Communication: Effective written and verbal communication; ability to work in a team.
• Other: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; ability to work in a production/repair environment
