Service & Support Engineer – Additive Manufacturing

📋 Description

• Install and commission additive manufacturing machines and associated ancillary equipment at
• Provide safety, operation, and maintenance training to customers and relevant personnel.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, troubleshoot equipment failures, determine root causes
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and identify potential issues.
• Coordinate spare parts, tools, and resources ahead of service interventions.
• Travel extensively throughout the United States, typically up to or exceeding 90% domestically.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or technical college qualification in mechanical, electrical, automation
• Up to 2 years of relevant field service experience in additive manufacturing, CNC machining, or
• Experience with additive manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electronic engineering principles; ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings; assemble or service
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to access ITAR-controlled data per U.S. export regulations.
