• Maintenance tech at Lofts at Highlands in Longmont, CO.
• Turn apartments and resolve service requests to aid residents.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Proficient in two or more trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.)
• Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends, on-call shifts
• Reliable transport to respond to emergencies
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
