• Maintain apartments and resolve resident service requests

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years maintenance experience
• Proficient in two or more trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)
• Flexible schedule, evenings/weekends on-call
• Reliable transportation for emergency requests
• English read/write/speak required
