  • Translate complex client needs into ServiceNow solutions
  • Implement and configure ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and custom apps
  • Develop and maintain integrations with critical systems
  • Resolve technical issues and optimize ServiceNow performance
  • Collaborate with clients, business consultants, and developers
  • Senior staff mentor medior/junior consultants and run design workshops

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimaal 2 jaar relevante ServiceNow ervaring
  • CSA (Certified System Administrator) mandatory
  • CIS in modules ITSM/HRSD/CMDB
  • Strong scripting: JavaScript, AngularJS, JQuery, JSON
  • ITIL is a plus; SecOps is a plus
  • Fluent Dutch and good English; Netherlands-based
