ServiceNow Developer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ServiceNow-based solutions
• Design and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems
• Ensure data integrity/security/privacy and participate in maintenance tasks (upgrades/patches)
• Help troubleshoot development, configuration, and performance issues within ServiceNow
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design and user guides

🎯 Requirements

• College or university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Three to five years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow
• CSA and CAD certifications
• Technical experience with upgrades/patches and deployments
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, SecOPS, IRM, CSM modules
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum/Kanban, DevOps practices, and CI/CD
