📋 Description

  • Design and build ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, CSM.
  • Develop apps, workflows, UI policies, and scripts using JavaScript on ServiceNow.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via REST, SOAP, MID Server.
  • Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Participate in SDLC: design, development, testing, deployment, support.
  • Conduct code reviews and adhere to ServiceNow standards.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years as ServiceNow Developer with multi-module experience.
  • Strong JavaScript, Glide API, business rules, client scripts, UI actions.
  • ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB experience.
  • REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server integrations.
  • Update sets, ATF, and instance cloning experience.
  • ITIL v3/v4 understanding and mapping to ServiceNow workflows.
