🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in professional services or enterprise tech delivery.
  • Proven experience leading complex ServiceNow or digital programs.
  • CSA, CIS, or related ServiceNow certifications preferred.
  • Strong governance, stakeholder mgmt, financial oversight.
  • Experience with executive relationships and senior buyers.
  • Lead geographically distributed teams and partner ecosystems.
