🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of verifiable experience as a Business Analyst or Administrator within the ServiceNow
• At least 2 years in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment with modern project/work-management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related
• Strong understanding of BA practices: requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, gap analysis
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, WSD, ITAM, ITOM, Employee Center Pro, SPM, IRM
