ServiceNow QA Analyst

📋 Description

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for ServiceNow platform capabilities
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, PMs, and stakeholders to review requirements and
• Support the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) usage.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, data, and testing docs.
• Identify, document, validate, and track defects through resolution.
• Coordinate release readiness and perform deployment validation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or 3+ years of relevant experience; or 5+ years in lieu of a degree.
• 3–5 years in QA, software testing, platform ops, or release management.
• Experience with ServiceNow and enterprise platforms.
• Strong test planning, execution, defect mgmt, and SDLC knowledge.
• Experience in functional, regression, integration, or UAT testing.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
