4+ years in ServiceNow ITOM (CMDB/Discovery) deployments
Experience with ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs
Strong integration skills (mid server, cloud-to-cloud, JDBC/ODBC)
Capability to create technical design and user documents
Degree: four-year undergraduate in CS/CE/IS or equivalent
ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow CSA/CAD preferred
