📋 Description

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow HAM/SAM solutions
Serve as technical advisor for HAM, SAM, ITAM, CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM
Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, architecture reviews
Define designs, roadmaps, and implementation plans
Provide guidance on asset lifecycle, governance, data quality, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

8–12 years in IT services, architecture, or delivery
4+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience
Significant HAM/SAM/ITAM asset-management experience
Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, ITOM, ITSM
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (ERP, procurement, endpoint tools)
