ServiceNow Solution Architect - IRM/GRC (Canada)

📋 Description

• Design, deliver, and deploy IRM/GRC solutions on ServiceNow
• Lead other dev team members on large-scale projects
• Provide customer interactions to drive high satisfaction
• Collaborate on proposals, scoping, and advisory engagements
• Develop roadmaps for broad or complex implementations
• Oversee architecture directions and technical guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in professional services, GRC, or ServiceNow
• Experience with ITSM, GRC, and security integrations
• Advanced ServiceNow, Security/GRC tech knowledge (e.g., Archer)
• SDLC/implementation methodologies knowledge
• Familiarity with ATF, test plans, regression testing
• University degree or diploma in CS/IT or related field
