🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in IT/CS or relevant experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise/federal system administration.
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow admin experience.
• Experience configuring users/groups/roles, ACLs, plugins, and security controls.
• Proven ability to manage deployments, upgrades, and change controls.
• Knowledge of VA/DoD security standards and identity integrations.
