📋 Description

• Lead hands-on development and implementation across core Now Platform apps and portal experiences.
• Translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, etc.).
• Design and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with external systems and middleware.
• Develop Employee Center and CSM portal experiences; build widgets and optimize search/navigation.
• Ensure code quality, architecture consistency, CMDB integrity, and upgrade-safe practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation.
• Strong experience with custom apps, integrations, and Service Portal/Employee Center builds.
• SDLC, Agile, and release management knowledge (update sets/app repositories).
• Deep expertise in Now Platform: data models, ACLs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
• Portal engineering experience (Employee Center, CSM) and widget strategy.
• CTA or CMA credentials preferred; strong communication skills.
