• Proven experience with ServiceNow HRSD, HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events
• Strong JavaScript skills; experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes.
• Hands-on with Flow Designer and ServiceNow automation capabilities.
• Experience developing ServiceNow integrations (inbound/outbound).
• English fluency for global meetings and documentation; ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD
• Agile project experience; ability to work with multinational teams.
