ServiceNow Technical Consultant - ITOM

📋 Description

• Configure and evolve ServiceNow ITOM solutions to discover, identify, and inventory IT assets.
• Automate configuration management and CMDB processes using ServiceNow ITOM/ITSM.
• Implement IT monitoring via ServiceNow ITOM to improve visibility and performance.
• Configure ITOM integrations with AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI.
• Integrate ServiceNow AIOps with monitoring/management platforms (Zabbix, Dynatrace, Datadog
• Automate workloads and workflows using SSH, PowerShell, JDBC, REST, SOAP, and other integration

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring at least one enterprise infrastructure or monitoring solution
• Strong understanding of traditional IT infra and cloud environments.
• Experience with a container deployment tech (Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift).
• Understanding of system integration architectures, protocols, and patterns.
• Professional experience in IT infra or cloud automation projects.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (JavaScript, Perl, Python, PowerShell, Shell).
