Services Engineer

📋 Description

• Proactively drive safety policies to provide a safe workplace at all times.
• Manage the design of Building Services docs across Mechanical, Electrical, Security, ICT and
• Work with the Project Manager to meet specification, budget and programme.
• Oversee coordination and review all documentation for design input adequacy.
• Participate in selection of subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and quality of installation and commissioning; assist in final handover.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical or hydraulic services with solid experience.
• Experience on large-scale projects managing complex building services packages (MEP, ICT/BMS
• Experience managing complex integrated systems.
• Experience with installation, maintenance and testing of essential/advanced building services
• Knowledge of OHS Act, Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with internal and external stakeholders.
