📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end development, productization, packaging, and launch of standardized Professional
• Partner with Product Management and Product Engineering during early product development to create
• Own the lifecycle of the Professional Services portfolio, optimizing offerings based on outcomes
• Contribute as a senior member of Global Professional Services leadership, shaping strategy
• Collaborate with practice leaders and field delivery teams to ensure new services are practical to
• Develop clear service scopes, value propositions, and enablement materials to support go-to-market

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of direct experience in Service NPI, Services Productization, Solution Engineering, or
• Experience in a global SaaS, enterprise software, cybersecurity, cyber resilience, or similar tech
• Proven track record of taking complex enterprise tech services from concept to productization
• Strong cross-functional leadership with Product Management, Product Engineering, Professional
• Executive presence with experience influencing VP-level and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, data management, cloud platforms

• Competitive base salary: $164,600–$246,800 per year for U.S. locations.
