Servicing Support Analyst

📋 Description

• Hands-on production support and automation for mortgage and loan servicing processes.
• Own, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve Python and PostgreSQL automations and related scripts.
• Manage ETL jobs, reports, file transfers, and integrations via Jenkins, Docker, and AWS.
• Handle incidents, vendor communications, and time-sensitive production issues with minimal
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, and tech teams to resolve issues and validate outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years supporting production Python and SQL/PostgreSQL processes.
• Experience debugging and modifying code and queries written by others.
• Experience with scheduled ETL, batch, API, reporting, or vendor file-transfer processes.
• Production experience with job orchestration, Docker, Git, and AWS or similar cloud infra.
• Ability to protect data integrity during DB changes and recovery, with safe reruns.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar processes quickly and communicate with technical/nontechnical
