Support SFCC-based B2C production environments
Manage order lifecycle, incidents, and escalations

🎯 Requirements

SFCC Production Support experience

Strong OMS knowledge (IBM Sterling OMS)
Order lifecycle, flow, and fulfillment expertise
Incident Management and Major Incident handling
Excellent stakeholder communication
