SFE Associate Manager

📋 Description

• Support leaders on initiating country level reports for strategical projects including China Blue
• Provide expertise and business insights on opportunities and risks, proposing optimization across
• Engage internal stakeholders: IBE, FIN, BC, Strategic Planning, MKT, Sales.
• Lead KPI design, tracking, and insights for China Blue Plan Scorecard and related initiatives.
• Oversee expansion/sales force deployment projects, model building, deployment and new sales
• Handle ad hoc analyses, data-driven solutions, and scenario tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-8 years in data analysis and reporting in pharmaceutical or consulting sectors.
• Proficiency with large Excel datasets; BI experience with Power BI or QV is a plus.
• Strong information gathering, analytical ability, and communication skills.
• Experience with data flow/database management and project management.
• Ability to collaborate across levels and functions; trustworthy with sensitive information.
