Operate and enhance SFE digital platforms (AMAP, XLAB, PAM) and provide reporting support.
Collaborate with BTS, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure system stability and implement process
Deliver business insights via dashboards and reports; monitor data quality and outputs.
Coordinate system-related projects, manage UAT, and support go-live readiness.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics
3-5+ years in BI, CRM/SFE, data analytics, or business systems management.
Experience with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, SQL, or other analytics tools.
Strong communication, proactive mindset, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
