📋 Description

• Create content that connects with consumers, measured by attention metrics (likes, comments).
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Stay current with trends in social media video formats and editing techniques.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional teams on quick requests and tight timelines.
• Attend brainstorms, kickoffs, and team meetings, contributing ideas and strategy.
• Mentor creators, residents, and others, guiding best practices, ideation, and execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years creative experience producing content across social media, streaming, AR, and film.
• Proven experience as a video shooter/editor, preferably in advertising or digital media.
• Solid understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, framing, and audio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Strong content creation skills from concept to delivery, including video and motion design.
• Ability to collaborate across the organization to foster cross-functional teamwork and results.
