📋 Description

• Lead bakery operations during shift; bake, package, and prepare orders while delivering guest
• Coach and motivate Cookie Crew; delegate tasks to keep operations efficient.
• Maintain product quality, safety, cleanliness, and speed of service.
• Handle cash management, register accountability, and deposits.
• Communicate updates and partner with store leadership to optimize bakery operations.
• Step in as needed to help the team succeed.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-focused role
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude with a passion for guest experience
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain food safety certifications as applicable
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation
