Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD) and oversees daily operations
Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced shifts
Greets customers, takes orders, and informs on menu and specials
Oversees cash handling, POS operations, and daily reports
Assists with inventory control, stock ordering, and ensuring food quality
Coaches and coordinates scheduling, trains team members, and resolves issues

🎯 Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task
Ability to pass background checks and work in a dynamic environment
Proficient in taking, processing orders, and making correct monetary changes
Strong team leadership and collaboration skills
Experience with POS systems and basic computer/touchscreen ordering
