📋 Description

• Lead bakery operations during day or night at the Lynchburg store (3920 Wards Rd., Lynchburg, VA
• Manage orders, baking, customer interactions, and ensure a productive night shift.
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations, communicating information, and coaching team
• Delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning; supervise Cookie Crew.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to safe food handling practices.
• Handle cash and deposits while providing high-quality guest service.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Point of Sale systems experience.
• Strong communication, time management, and people skills.
• Outgoing, friendly, patient demeanor; detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Ability to lead-by-example and motivate others; lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; must be 18+.
