📋 Description

• Lead bakery operations during shift; ensure guest experience from start to finish.
• Bake, package, and prepare orders with exceptional service.
• Coach and motivate Cookie Crew; provide direction and feedback.
• Prioritize/delegate tasks to keep operations efficient.
• Maintain product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and speed.
• Handle cash management, register accountability, and deposits.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-focused env.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving
• Thrives in fast-paced, team environment
• Positive attitude; passion for guest experiences
• Must be 18+; able to obtain applicable food safety certs
• Able to perform essential functions with/without accommodations
