Shift Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead cafe operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency
• Oversee service flow and hospitality to deliver high standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving tasks
• Follow Leader on Duty—deploy staff and manage breaks
• Onboard and train new team members
• Address guest concerns and report incidents per protocol

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year supervisory or team leadership experience
• Blue Bottle Academy Barista training or plan to complete within 90 days
• Existing Food Safety Certification for your state or obtain within 30 days
• Basic math and computer skills
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
