📋 Description

• Lead cafe operations and hospitality excellence
• Oversee service flow for safety, quality and efficiency
• Handle ordering, receiving, and inventory management
• Manage staffing with leader-on-duty approach
• Welcome onboarding and training of new team members
• Uphold Blue Bottle standards for beverages and food

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of supervisory experience
• Blue Bottle Academy Barista training or will complete within 90 days
• Food Safety Certification for the state and role
• Basic math and computer skills
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Strong communicator with empathy and leadership
