🎯 Requirements

Supervisory or team leadership experience (6 months–1 year)
Barista training completion or within 90 days of hire
Food safety certification for state and role, or plan to obtain within 30 days
Basic math and computer skills
Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
