• Proven portfolio of short-form content with reach/engagement, ideally in iGaming, poker, gaming, or
• Ability to demonstrate performance and explain creative decisions.
• Strong poker understanding; recognize hands, bluffs, reactions, and moments resonating with poker
• Experience sourcing content from large raw footage volumes (streams, tournaments).
• Solid understanding of short-form principles: hooks, pacing, captions, sound, platform behavior.
• Strong editing skills with modern video-editing tools; comfortable with AI-powered editing.
