📋 Description

• Own the hardest customer production problems end to end.
• Trace, reproduce, fix, and escalate when needed across APIs, integrations, and logs.
• Work with customer calls to diagnose root causes and implement lasting automation.
• Collaborate on prompts, AI agent behavior, and product improvements to prevent recurrences.
• Contribute to platform engineering as a front door to deployment work.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, Express.
• Strong diagnostic SQL and PostgreSQL skills.
• Fluent with AI agents, prompts, and AI-assisted tooling.
• Ability to read code and trace customer-side issues across systems.
• Willingness to own problems end to end and influence product direction.
• Excellent communication with customers; able to work asynchronously in a distributed team.
