Silicon Product & Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Post-silicon productization of bitcoin mining ASICs
• Characterization, yield optimization, and test strategy
• Cross-functional work with ASIC Design, ATE, Bench, Systems
• Build hardware productization from silicon bring-up to high-volume
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for power, performance, yield
• Collaborate with Foundry/OSAT for qualification and yield

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering
• 5–10 years in Product/Test/Silicon Validation
• Strong understanding of CP/FT, QA, and high-volume manufacturing
• Experience with ATE platforms (Advantest 93K, Chroma)
• Experience with DOE, silicon correlation, and yield optimization
• Strong data analysis skills (Python, JMP) and debugging
