🎯 Requirements

Proven ability in discrete-event simulation, modeling, and analytics (Simul8 preferred
Experience translating problems into analytical or simulation-based solutions; strong data
Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, Java, or C#; strong communication for technical and non-technical
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience; 1+ years of sim modeling
Willingness to travel ~25% and work with cross-functional teams; English proficiency required
