📋 Description

• Manage preparation, negotiation, tracking, and execution of clinical trial site agreements and
• Negotiate with clinical research sites on budgets, payments, amendments, and confidentiality
• Prepare, review, process, and maintain contracts per policies and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with study teams, sponsors, and stakeholders on timelines and progress.
• Identify delays/risks and escalate to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain organized contract files and ensure accessibility of executed agreements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in law, business, life sciences, healthcare, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in clinical research contracting or related operations.
• Experience with clinical study processes, site agreements, and contract negotiations.
• Understanding of clinical trial protocols, ICH GCP principles, and related regulations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract/tracking systems.
